This map is a live view of exactly where all of the buses are in real time. As the buses drive along the routes, their positions are updated on the map. This allows bus riders to view the position of the buses using a computer or a mobile device in the comfort of the their home, school, or office—no more wasting time waiting for buses in the rain or the blistering cold. This system also provides bus administrators up to the second bus information to optimize the bus schedules for a more enjoyable experience and increased rider satisfication.
The announcements box, found on the right side of the map just below the route list, displays messages that are broadcasted by the bus system or DoubleMap.
Click on a route name in the routes box, which is displayed on the right side of the map, to display and filter stops and routes on the map.
Click on the bus icon to see the bus number and the route. The bus icon's color matches the color of the route, and the letter inside the icon corresponds to the route name.
Click on a bus stop to view the stop name and the route. The color of the stop corresponds with the route color.
Click on the + or - buttons on the left side of the map to zoom in or out. The scroll wheel on a mouse zooms in and out as well.
